Bulky Laptops Are Passé; HTC Advantage X7500 Provides The 'Pocketable' Solution
Something peculiar, something queer draws attention...and HTC understands this consumer psychology quite well!!
The interesting design of HTC Advantage X7500 caught my attention at once. I asked myself, “Is it a pocket PC, a laptop, a mobile phone, a PDA...what??
HTC X7500 is quite different from usual pocket PCs that we see around us.
This device has a detachable QWERTY keyboard that you can use when you need to type documents, e-mails and messages. The keyboard is magnetic. HTC is pitching X7500 as a 'handy' and 'Pocketable' replacement for laptops. The detachable keyboard converts the handset into a mini-laptop that can slide into your pocket.
I found the huge 5” Samsung's VGA display of HTC Advantage X7500 quite amazing, especially because such a large display is unusual for mobile devices. Surfing Web and viewing documents is indeed a pleasure on such a screen. The display screen has the 'touch' input facility.
This phone runs Windows Mobile 5.0 (Pocket PC) operating system. It uses GSM and supports the GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900) technology along with UMTS/HSDPA (2100 MHz). It also boasts of having GPS on board. Phew! Quite rich in technological features!
HTC X7500 Advantage has 3G, Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 2.0 capabilities that enables you to stay connected to the world.
